Balloons are a great way to elevate an event. Place columns in hallways to guide your guests. Use an arch for a focal point. Put balloon center pieces on each table. The possibilities are endless. Clients can replicate an image found online, create a custom design or choose from one of our signature packages. 

Package A: 2 columns & an organic garland 

Package B: Circle arch, easel & organic garland 

Package C: Circle arch, organic garland, easel & 2 columns 

*price is determined by number of colors and color choice as balloon prices change by season and design,  arch rental fee is included in pricing, remember to allow time for set up at venue when booking. 

 • Balloon bookings must be done at least 3 weeks before the event.
• 50% deposit is due at booking. Remaining balance is paid the day of the event.
• BCE does not offer refunds. Clients are allowed to reschedule and use the deposit towards another date.
• Clients are not allowed to assist with set up. Although the help is appreciated, it is not needed. We cannot guarantee quality work with help from untrained hands.

• Clients are encouraged to place balloons inside a climate controlled area. Direct sunlight and heat can alter the quality of the balloons. Outdoor setups require a particular balloon which will result in a higher price.
• Payments are done via invoice only. Cash App, Apple Pay and Zelle are not accepted.
