This option works best for corporate event such as employee appreciation, holiday parties, conferences, grand openings, fundraisers and retreats.  

 Coordination includes venue management, vendor selection, event set up, attendee experience, decoration, food set up and staffing. Please understand the coordinating fee is separate from your event budget.

This service is for the business owner who wants an event tailored custom to their business objective.

Clients will get an event created and executed as well as an SOP to continue the event on their own. 

We begin with a strategy session to identify your business objectives. Next we create a plan of action. Following that is the execution. Your strategist will get busy coordinating your event, documenting every step of the way. 

Once complete, you will have a signature event, event systems, supplies and an SOP for your staff to follow. 

This option is best when using an event to sell a product or pitch a service.
